The Groovd iPad Giveaway. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

The Groovd LLC, 1908 Thomas Ave, STE 12092, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA ("Sponsor", "we", "us"). Questions: support@thegroovd.com.

2. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand who are 18 or older and have reached the age of majority where they live (for example 19 in Alabama, Nebraska and some Canadian provinces, and 21 in Mississippi). Residents of Rhode Island, Quebec and the Australian Capital Territory cannot enter. Employees of Sponsor, its suppliers and agencies, and their immediate families and households, cannot enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Dates

The giveaway starts at 5:22 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET", New York time) on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, December 13, 2026. It runs in 4 rounds. Round 1 runs from the start to Sunday, November 1, 2026, and every later round lasts 14 days. Each round has its own drawing:

• Round 1: 5:22 p.m. ET on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 to Sunday, November 1, 2026. Drawing on or about Monday, November 2, 2026.
• Round 2: Monday, November 2, 2026 to Sunday, November 15, 2026. Drawing on or about Monday, November 16, 2026. This round will not take place (see the update at the top of these rules).
• Round 3: Monday, November 16, 2026 to Sunday, November 29, 2026. Drawing on or about Monday, November 30, 2026. This round will not take place (see the update at the top of these rules).
• Round 4: Monday, November 30, 2026 to Sunday, December 13, 2026. Drawing on or about Monday, December 14, 2026. This round will not take place (see the update at the top of these rules).

Each round after round 1 starts at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on its first day, and every round ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on its last day. Sponsor may end the giveaway after any round by posting a notice on this page before the next round starts. Rounds that have not started by then will not take place, and their prizes will not be awarded. Every round that has started will be drawn as these rules describe. Sponsor's server clock is the official clock for this giveaway.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Both give the same chance of winning.

(a) Place an order. Each order you place at thegroovd.com or checkout.thegroovd.com during a round automatically gives you an entry in that round, using the name, email address and address on the order. Automatic subscription renewals are not orders placed by you and do not count. An order entry is void if the order is cancelled or fully refunded before the drawing. You can still enter for free.

(b) Enter for free. Fill in the free entry form at thegroovd.com/pages/ipad-giveaway with your name, email address and home address. No purchase is needed. A completed form sent during a round gives you an entry in that round.

Limit: one (1) entry per person and per email address in each round, whichever way you enter. Several orders, several forms, or an order and a form in the same round still count as one entry. Entries do not carry over from one round to the next. A purchase does not give you more entries than the free form. Entries made with more than one email address, with false details, or by script, bot or any automated means are void. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not received for any reason.

5. Drawings and odds

On or about the day after each round ends, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner at random from all eligible entries received during that round, using a computer process that produces verifiably random results. We record the random seed and a fingerprint of the full entry list for every drawing, so each drawing can be checked afterwards. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in that round. Limit one prize per person in this giveaway. A person who has already been selected is skipped in later drawings.

6. Prizes

4 prizes in total, one for each round. Each prize is one (1) new Apple iPad (A16), 11-inch, Wi-Fi, 128GB, in a color Sponsor chooses. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize: US$449 in the US, £429 in the UK, €519 in Ireland, CA$649 in Canada, A$749 in Australia and NZ$899 in New Zealand (Apple Store prices on October 14, 2026). Total ARV of all prizes: about US$1,796. Sponsor will ship each prize to the winner's address in an eligible country, directly or through an authorized retailer, within about 4 weeks after the winner is confirmed. No cash alternative. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize is not available. The prize comes with the manufacturer's standard warranty only. Any taxes on a prize are the winner's responsibility.

7. Winner notification

Sponsor will email each potential winner within 2 days after the drawing. The potential winner must reply within 7 days to confirm they are eligible and to give their shipping address. Sponsor may ask for proof of age and residence and a signed declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, a liability and publicity release. A potential winner who lives in Canada must first correctly answer, without help, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question by email or phone. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time, is not eligible, or does not follow these rules, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may award it to an alternate winner selected at random in the same drawing.

8. Publicity and winners list

Where the law allows, by accepting a prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may publish their first name, last initial and state, province or county, without further payment. Sponsor will post the winners' first name, last initial and state, province or county at thegroovd.com/pages/ipad-giveaway by Wednesday, December 2, 2026. For a copy of the winners list, email support@thegroovd.com with the subject "The Groovd iPad Giveaway winners" by Thursday, December 31, 2026. UK entrants can ask for the winners' surnames and counties the same way.

9. Your information

We use the details you give us to run this giveaway, to contact winners and to deliver prizes, as described in our Privacy Policy at thegroovd.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entering with the free form does not sign you up for our marketing emails.

10. General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, acts fraudulently, or breaks these rules. If the giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, change or pause it and, where the law allows, award prizes at random from eligible entries received before the problem. Any change to these rules will be posted on this page. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to this giveaway are final.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, by entering you release Sponsor and its affiliates, suppliers and agencies from liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from taking part in this giveaway or from accepting or using a prize. Nothing in these rules limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where the law of the place you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.

13. Not sponsored by Meta or Apple

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Meta. You are giving your information to Sponsor, not to Meta, and each entrant releases Meta from any liability relating to this giveaway. Apple is not a sponsor of this giveaway and is not involved in it. Apple and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc.
